ArtistCloud ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Tiny Tastes mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
Baby & Tracking Data: You may enter information about your child including name, date of birth, feeding logs, sleep records, growth measurements, diaper changes, and medication schedules. This data is provided voluntarily and is used solely to deliver the Service's tracking features.
Device Information: We automatically collect device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostics and compatibility.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service's core tracking functionality
- To sync your data across devices when you are signed in
- To send service-related notifications (e.g., medication reminders) that you have opted into
- To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication to secure access to your account. We do not store passwords directly; authentication is handled by industry-standard identity providers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your child's data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Family Sharing: When you invite other users to your family group, they can view the shared baby's tracking data.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Service Providers: With trusted infrastructure providers (Google Cloud) solely to operate the Service, under strict data processing agreements.
5. Children's Privacy
Tiny Tastes is designed for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. The baby data entered into the app is provided and controlled by the parent or caregiver.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Access your data through the app's export feature
- Correct any inaccurate information directly in the app
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@artistcloud.ai
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and tracking records are permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
