These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Tastes mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by ArtistCloud ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Tiny Tastes is a baby tracking and parenting companion tool. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including baby profiles, tracking logs, and notes. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

4. Medical Disclaimer

Tiny Tastes is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The tracking features are informational tools to help you record and organize your baby's daily activities. Growth charts and percentile data are for reference only. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child's health, nutrition, or development.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are governed by the respective store's refund policy.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtistCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
